Welcome to Rina Clothing (“we”, “our”, “us”). As a Print-on-Demand (POD) and dropshipping supplier, all products are custom-made after each order. Because of this, our refund and return policy is limited and specific.

1. 🚫 No Return Policy (Custom Products)

All products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selected by customer 
• Change of mind 
• Incorrect address provided 
• Delay due to courier 

2. ✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund

We only offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:

✔ Damaged Product

• Product received is physically damaged 

✔ Wrong Printing 

• Wrong text/ image print 

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

• Incorrect item, size, or design sent 

3. ⏱ Claim Time Limit

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery 
• Requests after this period may not be accepted 

4. 📸 Proof Required

To process your claim, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the product 
• Image of packaging (if damaged) 
• Order ID

5. 🔄 Replacement Process

• Once approved, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost 
• Replacement process time: 5–10 business days 

6. 💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

• Replacement is not possible 
• Product is out of stock 

Refund Method:

• Original payment method (or bank transfer) 
• Processing time: 5–7 business days 

7. 🚚 Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before production starts 
• Once printed, cancellation is not possible 

8. 📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier partners 
• Incorrect address provided by customer 
• Failed delivery attempts 

However, we will assist you in tracking and support.

9. 📍 Important Note for Dropshipping Sellers

If you are using Rina Clothing as your POD supplier:

• You are responsible for handling communication with your end customers 
• We will support you in case of genuine defects 
• White-label shipping ensures your brand name is maintained
